General shipping information


Shipments are prepared and organized by our office from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and sent the same day with national express couriers (SDA, BRT or SAILPOST)

Generally we ship the same day and the packages usually arrive within 24/48 hours after being sent.





    Shipping costs  

    Shipping costs amount to € 12.00. Shipping costs are free for purchases over 200 euros. In the event that the cart contains more products, the shipping costs are calculated unambiguously on the total weight and volume of the cart.

    You can directly and accurately calculate the shipping and transport costs relating to your order by filling in your online quote: by adding the object or objects you wish to purchase to the cart. In this way, you will be able to view the details of the costs of the order (net price, VAT, shipping and transport costs). The compilation of the estimate does not imply any obligation to purchase. To compile a quote, it is not necessary to be registered on the site.



    Cash on delivery:


    We remind you that if cash on delivery is requested (with payment on delivery directly to the courier), an additional sum is required, requested by the courier to perform the service.
    The cost applied for cash on delivery is 3% of the total (minimum amount 5 euros, maximum amount 25 euros).

    Which couriers do you work with??


    95% of our parcels are shipped via SDA and BRT.

    In Italy, deliveries are usually carried out within 24/48 hours after sending.


    What are the transportation costs?


    Shipping costs are related to the weight and volume of the goods shipped.
    The shipping cost for carbon accessories is € 12.00.
    While, to ship the fairings, which are more voluminous and require more space for transportation, € 25.00 is required.
    If cash on delivery is requested (with payment on delivery directly to the courier) an additional sum of € 5.00 is requested (this sum is requested by the courier for the collection service).
    The costs refer to deliveries to Italy. Shipments to other countries are subject to change. We advise you to contact us to find out how much delivery costs can be in case you need to ship abroad.

    I can have my shipment sent to a different address?


    Of course you can!
    Many customers prefer to change the shipping address on their workplace or have a different billing address than the shipping address for tax reasons.
    For each order you place you can choose a different shipping address, just add all the data in the options box at the end of the order process or notify us by email immediately after placing the order.

    How long does it take for my online order to ship?


    It really depends on the product, but 90% of our orders are processed the same day and shipped in 24/48 hours.
    The indication of the availability of the products on our pages is a determining factor. If the products are in stock, we normally ship them immediately. All other deliveries are usually dependent on the receipt of the products by our production department, which means that if the product indicator indicates "on request in 10-15 days", the product should be available in that time frame and should subsequently be sent and take 2-3 working days to reach you.
    In your customer area, you can always check the status of your order.


    The goods are insured during transport?


    Yes, of course all shipments are insured during transport!
    Please check the packages once received.
    We pack our products with the utmost care but, at times, they could get damaged due to transportation. If you notice any imperfections in the packages or any damage, please report it to the courier directly, by signing the delivery note "with reserve".
    Damage claims must always be made within the next 24 hours and are the only means of attributing the damage to the transport company, in order to subsequently request a refund.
    If you should receive a damaged package, contact our customer service immediately (+39) 049.2616889 or to organize a replacement service.


    The products are checked before being shipped?


    When we send the products, we always try to better check the packages and any imperfections in the goods.


    I can pick up the product at your location?


    Sure. You can pick up the product at our offices.

    It is possible to reach our offices (commercial headquarters or headquarters of the technical department) to collect the ordered material.

    To offer you the best service, you can contact us first on the phone, so we can give you directions and agree.

    How can I track my order?


    We inform you about the status of your order by email.
    After processing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your order. You can always view the status of your order online in your customer area.
    After a few minutes that your order has left our warehouse, we update the information relating to your order.
    Normally for Italy we ship everything by SDA or BRT and, once shipped, using the tracking-code number (shipping tracking code) you can have a current situation of the path of your order by entering it in the web page of the shipper.
    If you have provided us with your telephone number, we will attach it to the documentation for the shipment so that the courier can call you in case of need. In case of urgency, of course, by calling the courier with the tracking number that has been provided to you, you can also request to collect the goods directly in the warehouse closest to your home.


    I can request a specific courier for delivery?


    It is not possible to assign a specific courier to your shipment due to the innumerable limitations in terms of weight, volume and timing that may vary from carrier to carrier.


    It is possible to create a single shipment for multiple items?


    Yes, it is possible. In the event that your order includes multiple items, we generally make sure that they are sent by optimizing the space required. If you have requests and / or particular needs, you can still get in touch with our shipping office to provide us with your requests. We will do our best to meet you.


    I have a problem with an undelivered shipment, what should I do?


    We advise you to check the status and tracking code of your shipment by accessing your personal area, section '' Orders placed ''. In case of difficulty or goods in stock, contact us by phone or send us an email at


     The product is currently out of stock, but always available in our catalog.
